Here is how Arsenal and Middlesbrough will line up for this afternoon’s match:
Arsenal starting XI: Szczesny, Chambers, Gabriel, Koscielny, Gibbs, Flamini, Cazorla, Welbeck, Ozil, Alexis, Giroud
Arsenal subs: Martinez, Mertesacker, Monreal, Rosicky, Walcott, Coquelin, Akpom
Middlesbrough starting XI: Mejias, Fredericks, Omeruo, Gibson, Friend, Leadbitter, Clayton, Adomah, Tomlin, Kike, Bamford
Middlesbrough subs: Ripley, Nsue, Husband, Vossen, Reach, Whitehead, Woodgate
Arsenal welcome Middlesbrough to the Emirates Stadium this afternoon as the two sides go head-to-head in the fifth round of the FA Cup.
Arsenal may be the holders but Middlesbrough knocked the reigning Premier League champions Manchester City out in the previous round so the Gunners will take nothing for granted.
Boro are second in the Championship with a game-in-hand and their excellent form means they could well add another upset to their list against Arsene Wenger’s men.
But Arsenal will have seen some of their fellow big-hitters crash out of this competition and will know they are getting ever closer to successfully defending the trophy they won back in May.
This match really is a tough one to call having seen what Boro did against the Blues, so expect it to be a close affair, possibly decided by a single goal either way.
