Harry Redknapp lauded Tottenham striker Harry Kane as the ‘complete package’ on talkSPORT and how he would practise his shooting ‘every day after training’.
England’s captain is at the peak of his powers, at this moment in time, and he is well on course to scoring and assisting 20+ for Tottenham this season.
If he reaches that feat or even gets near it then it would be quite remarkable and proof that he is one of the best players in the world.
Nonetheless, Redknapp shared what Kane is like on the training field, as he lauded his qualities and his character.
“When he gets wide he delivers great crosses, he plays great through passes,” said Redknapp. “He’s a complete all-round player. On and off the field. He’s the full complete package.
“He lives the right life. You never see anything bad about the boy. He’s a great trainer. He would be the first one out on the training ground and he would be the last one off.
“When I was there, he practised every day after training. He would spend half an hour doing his finishing and doing his shooting. He just loves being a footballer and the rewards he has got from it are thoroughly deserved. He’s a fantastic player.”

Spurs reached the League Cup final on Tuesday night and Kane will be hoping it now leads to the first trophy in his career.
If Mourinho can push the North London club over the line then, from Kane’s perspective, he will be hoping it would be the start of long-term success.
Kane, alongside his partner in crime in Heung-Min Son, are starting to hit their peak and this is the time to deliver the goods.
