Aston Villa fans have urged Tammy Abraham to ‘come home’ after his latest tweet.

Abraham posted after Chelsea’s defeat in the FA Cup final that he was ‘hurt’ after the loss in a game where he was completely overlooked.

The forward was not placed in Chelsea’s squad for the clash at Wembley, leading to suggestions that he could depart, and increasing Villa fans’ hopes that a deal could be possible.

Indeed, when Abraham tweeted, Aston Villa fans were quick to post encouraging the striker to join Dean Smith’s side next year.

Villa supporters need little reminder of Abraham’s quality, after his loan spell with them in the Championship.

Abraham helped power Villa to promotion back in 2019 and he has since gone on to prove his quality at Premier League level.

The Chelsea striker would cost Villa £40 million this summer, according to the Telegraph.

But his arrival would help to make Smith’s side even more of an attacking threat.

And if Abraham is placed on the market, it would be a surprise if Villa did not consider making a move.
