Some Liverpool fans on Twitter are responding to Jude Bellingham’s tweet from Sunday evening.

According to The Daily Star, Liverpool are leading the race to sign the £100 million-rated [Eurosport] Borussia Dortmund teenager.

So when he tweeted about last night’s classic with Manchester City at Anfield, of course some supporters were going to react to it on social media.

Jurgen Klopp’s men played out a fascinating 2-2 draw with the Sky Blues as both sides treated their fans – and neutrals – to a four-goal second half on Merseyside.

Bellingham tweeted out ‘what a game!’ in reference to the clash and here’s how some Liverpool fanatics are responding to the player:

The Klopp effect

It remains to be seen if Bellingham is a legitimate target for Klopp and Michael Edwards at Liverpool.

But if he is then the Reds did their chances of signing the sensation no harm at all.

As a young player, Bellingham will dream about plying his trade at clubs like Liverpool, under coaches like the German.

Being at Dortmund, he must hear great thing about Klopp all the time, too.

And the way in which he got a second-half response from Liverpool after a dismal first 45 minutes only serves to remind everyone that this is a world-class manager and one who Bellingham might well love to work under.
