Gary Rowett was sacked by Birmingham City on Wednesday and could be on the radar of Wolves, Norwich and Derby according to Collymore.
Stan Collymore has issued a warning to the managers of Wolverhampton Wanderers, Norwich City and Derby County after Gary Rowett was sacked by Birmingham City.
Rowett was dismissed hours after Tuesday’s 2-1 win over Ipswich Town, which left the Blues seventh in the Championship, and his old side wasted little time securing a replacement, with Gianfranco Zola’s appointment confirmed on Wednesday evening.
Rowett found Birmingham 23rd in the table, having been embarrassed 8-0 at home to Bournemouth in their previous outing, and led them to back-to-back 10th-place finishes.

As such, the 42-year-old, who previously put the wheels in motion for Burton Albion’s rise to the Championship, has been linked with a string of second tier jobs during his time at St. Andrew’s and, according to Collymore, Rowett’s free agent status could prompt three clubs, Wolves, Norwich and Derby, into action.
“Can see Wolves, Norwich, even Derby having a look at their managers small print right now,” the pundit posted on Twitter.
Both Wolves and Derby have already implemented managerial changes this season, with the Rams in particular reaping the benefits of that decision – having climbed from 20th to fifth in two months under Steve McClaren.

Wolves have continued to struggle under Paul Lambert, however, although after leading his side to two wins from their last three matches, Alex Neil’s position as Norwich boss appears secure for the time being.
Derby were reported to have targeted Rowett before re-hiring McClaren.
Could Rowett end up at Molineux, Pride Park or Carrow Road?
