Sacko is struggling on loan from Leeds at Spanish side Las Palmas.

Leeds United winger Hadi Sacko has been linked with moves to Cyprus and Hungary as he continues to struggle at Spanish side Las Palmas – and the latest report surely highlights Victor Orta’s mistake.
Sacko, 24, made 42 appearances in all competitions for the Whites after joining the club on loan from Sporting Lisbon in Garry Monk’s first season in charge. He was signed permanently by Orta for £1.5million in Jul 2017 (YEP).
But it immediately proved to be wasted money, with Sacko managing just 18 appearances in all competitions throughout 2017-18. After March 3, Sacko failed to make a single appearance.
In the summer, he was loaned out by Leeds to Las Palmas and his dithering career spell has continued. The speed machine has managed just five appearances for the second-tier Spanish side.
Now, La Provincia claim Cypriot outfit Larnaca and Hungarian side Mol Vidi are interested in signing Sacko, with his loan spell at Las Palmas likely to be cancelled if a new move is proposed.

With no disrespect to the two interested parties, it is just further proof that Orta was wrong to complete a permanent deal and spend a hefty chunk of owner Andrea Radrizzani’s money on winger Sacko.
Struggling since his permanent move and only five appearances at Las Palmas had put doubts over his future at Elland Road, but now a loan move to two European minnows is just more evidence why Orta has made a mistake.
