According to The Sun, Bournemouth hope that Everton will make a bid for Joshua King after they turned down West Ham United’s offer for the striker.
West Ham’s offer of £13 million for King has been rejected by Bournemouth, who want £17 million for the striker, according to the report in the British tabloid.
It has been further claimed that the Cherries are anticipating interest from the Toffees and are hoping that the Premier League club will make a late move for the 28-year-old, described as “a massive player” by then Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe in The Daily Echo in April 2018.
Joshua King Stats
According to WhoScored, King scored six goals and provided four assists in 26 Premier League matches for Bournemouth last season.
During the 2018-19 campaign, the 28-year-old Norway international striker scored 12 goals and provided three assists in 35 league games for the Cherries, according to WhoScored.

Joshua King to Everton?
King is a good striker who would make Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti’s squad better and would give the Italian another option.
With Dominic Calvert-Lewin progressing well and scoring goals regularly, King may not get into the Toffees’ starting lineup, but he would be a good back-up.
