The former Celtic left-back Daniel Church is back in football two months after leaving the Bhoys.
Church spent 13 years on Celtic’s books but failed to break into the Scottish champions’ first-team set up.
But his wait for a club ended on Friday, when Dumbarton announced his arrival on a short-term deal until January.
And Church could make his debut in Saturday’s Scottish League Cup trip to Kilmarnock.
Chruch was a regular in Celtic’s youth ranks and also spent time on loan to East Fife.
He received a call-up to Neil Lennon’s senior side in May 2019, but did not get off the bench against Hearts.
Celtic allowed another left-back, Boli Bolingoli-Mbombo, to join Istanbul Basaksehir on loan in the summer transfer window, but later replaced him with Diego Laxalt, leaving little room for Church.

In the meantime, the Bhoys have been strongly linked with a move for the Charlton Athletic utility player, Alfie Doughty, who can play anywhere down the left hand side of the pitch.
