Leeds United are reportedly interested in appointing Claudio Ranieri as their new manager.

Former Chelsea and Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has told Training Ground Guru that he has not been approached by Leeds United.
Leeds are on the lookout for a new manager following the shock resignation of Garry Monk from the role this week.
Monk left his managerial job at Elland Road despite almost guiding the Whites to a top-six finish in the Championship this season.

The Daily Star has reported that Leeds owner Andrea Radrizzani has approached Ranieri to take charge of the first team.
The Italian tactician, though, has denied that there has been any contact with the Championship club, stating that he is in London to attend the FA Cup final between Arsenal and Chelsea at the Wembley Stadium on Saturday evening.

“I don’t know anything about this Leeds story,” Ranieri told Training Ground Guru. “I haven’t spoken to them. I’m in London to watch the Cup final tomorrow. I’ll be supporting my old team Chelsea of course.”
“I prefer not to speculate,” added Ranieri when asked if he would be interested in the Leeds job.
Appointing Ranieri, who guided Leicester to the league title in 2015-16, would be a blockbuster move for Leeds, who have not featured in the Premier League since 2004.
The Italian is a very good manager, and if he is given the right backing in the summer transfer window, then he could take the Whites to a top-six finish in the Championship next season.
