Claudio Borghi replaced Leeds manager as Chile coach.

Leeds United are anxiously waiting for confirmation from manager Marcelo Bielsa that he will return as manager next season.
Bielsa has won the hearts and minds of supporters, taking Leeds within agonising reach of promotion before narrowly falling short.
Meticulous research and analysis was at the heart of his success at Leeds, and a former Chile coach Claudio Borghi has warned that there could be an information vacuum for his replacement.
Borghi replaced Bielsa as Chile manager in 2011, and lasted only one year in charge before being sacked.
He says Bielsa did not help, by failing to share any of his research after leaving his role.
Speaking to El Intransigente this weekend, Borghi said: “You can not take all your work, because we pay you to do it.
“I did not receive any information, nothing.
“I knew them all [the players] but it’s good for the medical and physical part, at least, to have some reports, a historical record to understand how things are and take my precautions.”

Borghi’s comments may be in reference to a decision Bielsa took to depart back in 2011, but they could be applicable to Leeds if he walks away this summer, or at any point in the future.
His successor may not have Bielsa’s copious research and notes to work from, which will make emulating his work a lot harder, as Borghi found out the hard way.
