Leicester City loaned out Harvey Barnes to West Bromwich Albion and Filip Benkovic to Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic in the summer transfer window.

Celtic signed Filip Benkovic on a season-long loan deal from Leicester in the summer transfer window.
The 21-year-old central defender moved to the Foxes from Dinamo Zagreb in August for a transfer fee reported by Sky Sports to be worth £13 million.
While answer a question about Barnes, Leicester manager Puel included Benkovic, and it could worry Celtic fans.
Puel told The Leicester Mercury when asked if he might recall Barnes: “We will see. Of course I follow Barnes, I follow Filip Benkovic (on loan at Celtic) and everyone on loan. It is important to look at their performance. We will see what happens in January.”

Worrying for Celtic
Celtic signed Benkovic in the summer transfer window due to their problems at the back, and the Croatia Under-21 international is expected to be an important player for the Hoops as the season progresses.
However, if Leicester recall the youngster in the January transfer window, then it is going to be a problem for Celtic, as they will have to find a suitable replacement for the youngster.
