The Celtic defender knows just how big the week ahead is.

Christopher Jullien of Celtic arrives ahead of the Scottish Premier League match between Hibernian and Celtic at Easter Road on 28 September, 2019 in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Celtic defender Christopher Jullien has taken to social media this week to express regret at the result picked up at Easter Road on Saturday.

The Hoops drew 1-1 against Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership, allowing rivals Rangers close the gap at the top of the table to just one point.

The venue is not one that Celtic have found much success in during recent seasons. In fact, the Hoops haven’t won there in the league since their return to the top-flight.

Perfectly understandable then that they didn’t pick up maximum points this time around either.

Jullien though was clearly not happy with the result, taking to Twitter to share his thoughts before calling for focus for the week ahead.

Celtic have a big double header coming up, first hosting Cluj in the UEFA Europa League before travelling away to Livingston for bread and butter league action.

Both are must win games if Neil Lennon’s side are to move towards their big objectives this season.

Jullien will be key to securing those results having emerged as the prime pick in central defence. Showing leadership on the pitch, it’s personalities like him who will be at the forefront of any success this term.
