Lasogga, who joined Leeds on a season-long loan deal from Hamburg in the summer transfer window, has been on the sidelines recently due to injury problems.

Christiansen has said that the 25-year-old striker will back in a week to 10 days’ time, along with winger Stuart Dallas.

The Leeds head coach has also ruled out attacking midfielder Pablo Hernandez from Saturday’s Championship game against Queens Park Rangers away from home at Loftus Road.

Lasogga’s performances for Leeds so far this season have been mixed, but the 25-year-old has scored goals.

The former Germany Under-21 international has scored five goals and provided three assists in 10 Championship appearances for the Whites so far this campaign.
