Tottenham Hotspur star Christian Eriksen is one of the best players in the world.

When asked about Eriksen’s future, his agent Schoots told The London Evening Standard: “The only thing I can say is that concerning the interest of several clubs in Christian is that we prefer not to comment.
“Christian wants to focus completely on the World Cup – just as he did before on qualifying for the Champions League with Spurs.
“But becoming a father for the first time very soon, there is even something bigger at the moment he is giving his attention to.”

Worrying for Tottenham Hotspur fans?
Eriksen is one of the best attacking players in the world, and is arguably the most important figure in the Tottenham midfield.
The 26-year-old Denmark international, who earns £70,000 per week as salary according to The London Evening Standard, scored 10 goals and provided 10 assists in 37 Premier League appearances for Spurs this past campaign.

Losing the former Ajax star would be a massive loss for Tottenham, and Schoots’s comments could worry Spurs fans. After all, he did not categorically say that Eriksen will stay.
While Eriksen is happy at Tottenham for the time being, major offers from the likes of Barcelona or Real Madrid could be tempting for 26-year-old.
According to The London Evening Standard, Spanish and European giants Barcelona are interested in Eriksen.
