The Tottenham Hotspur star has been sensational so far this season.
Spurs ace Christian Eriksen sat down for an exclusive interview with Sky Sports, and raved about the current setup at his club, suggesting that players feel ‘safe’ in committing their future to Tottenham with a man like Mauricio Pochettio at the helm.
The Lilywhites have been in superb form so far this season, and currently sit in third position in the Premier League table, having already qualified for the knock-out stages of the Champions League with two group games to spare.
And the Great Dane has played a key role in side’s recent success, registering 46 goals and 60 assists in 194 appearances since joining Spurs from Ajax in the summer of 2013.
The 25-year-old sat down for an exclusive interview with Sky Sports, and explained why he is so happy to be a part of Pochettino’s revolution at Tottenham, highlighting how comfortable all of the players feel under the Argentine’s reign:
“He has given stability not only to me but to the whole club. That’s the main thing for a player. You feel comfortable, you feel aware of everything around you and you don’t think about anything other than football when you’re on the pitch. All the players have long-term contracts. They feel safe being here. It’s why you commit your future to a place like this.”

Next up for the Lilywhites is Saturday’s huge clash with bitter rivals Arsenal at the Emirates, and they will need Eriksen to be at his very best, if they are to take all three points, and keep pace with Pep Guardiola’s rampant Manchester City side.
