Tottenham Hotspur were beaten 2-0 in the North London Derby at the weekend.

Spurs were beaten 2-0 by Arsenal in the North London Derby, and they rarely threatened during the contest.
Arsenal were the better team throughout, in what was a hugely disappointing performance from the Lilywhites.
Tottenham are now in action again later this evening, when they take on Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.

And Eriksen insists that Spurs are determined to improve in Germany.
“It’s probably good that we have a game so quickly afterwards and you can have a bit of revenge, you can show the world that you are a bit better than what you saw last Saturday,” Eriksen said.
“The players spoke about it after the game and at training and so forth. There has not been any team meeting, you can’t call it a crisis after you lose one game.”

Spurs beat Dortmund comfortably at home in the Champions League, and have been very good in Europe this term.
The Lilywhites have already booked their progress to the knockout stages, and remain unbeaten in the competition so far, despite taking on Real Madrid twice.
If Spurs are victorious against Dortmund this evening, they will confirm their position as group winners.
