Leeds United’s Chris Wood and Nottingham Forest’s Britt Assombalonga are hoping for a Leicester City win against Manchester United in the Premier League today.

Leeds United striker Chris Wood has taken to social networking site Twitter to wish his former club Leicester City the best of luck for today’s game.

Leicester will take on Manchester United away from home at Old Trafford in the Premier League this afternoon.

The Foxes will win the Premier League title this season if they claim all three points from the match at Old Trafford.

Wood, who joined Championship side Leeds from Leicester in the summer of 2015, hopes that Claudio Ranieri’s side get the job done today.

Nottingham Forest striker Britt Assombalonga has sent a similar message to Leicester winger Demarai Gray on Twitter.

Leicester will head into the game against United high on confidence, but they may not be able to pick up all three points at Old Trafford this afternoon.

The Red Devils are in the hunt for a top-four finish in the Premier League this season, and Louis van Gaal’s side will be determined to win the match.
