Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder has told Sky Sports that he has huge admiration for Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane.
Kane scored Tottenham’s second goal yesterday, as he put in yet another excellent performance for Jose Mourinho’s side.
The striker is enjoying one of the finest seasons of his career to date.
And Wilder admitted that he cannot help but be amazed by the consistent level of excellence that Kane produces for Tottenham.
“What I will say is whatever happens this season when we assess the season, my admiration for Premier League players, that’s the reason they play at this level and above because of their attitude, professionalism and consistency of their displays,” he said.
“Admiration for the likes of Kane who week in week out have a level and standard of performance that allows him to have the career he has and allows his team to win games of football.

“Ours were okay on Saturday to really good on Tuesday to today, it’s the reason why we are where we are.”
Kane made a fairly difficult finish look so routine as he scored for Tottenham yesterday.
The England captain rolled the ball in from outside the box to help Spurs secure a much needed victory.
Kane now has 19 goals and 14 assists to his name in 27 games this season across all competitions, which is a remarkable level of output.
Spurs’ next Premier League game comes against Liverpool, when they will be relying on Kane to perform well again, if they are to pick up the three points.
