Wednesday are having a disappointing season in the Championship and are in danger of getting relegation to League One.
The Owls are 16th in the Championship table at the moment with 23 points from 20 matches, just five points above the bottom three.
Wednesday won against Bolton Wanderers at home in the league this past Tuesday evening, but Jos Luhukay’s side went down 4-2 to Blackburn Rovers away from home at Ewood Park in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.
Waddle is not impressed with what is happening at the Owls at the moment, and the former Wednesday star is critical of manager Luhukay, as the following posts on Twitter show.
Wednesday do have some very good players such as Barry Bannan, but the performances of the team as a whole have left much to be desired.
It is hard to see the Owls put together a run of positive results to push for the Championship playoffs this season.
