Dorus de Vries, who joined the Bhoys from Nottingham Forest in the summer transfer window, is likely to be in goal.
Craig Gordon, who has been on the books of Celtic since 2014, will likely start the Champions League game on the substitutes’ bench.
Former Celtic striker Sutton has suggested on Twitter that the goalkeeper will be key against Pep Guardiola’s side.
Celtic will feel confident heading into the game as they are in good form at the moment and are also at home.
However, City will have to be considered favourites, and it will be a surprise if they fail to win in Glasgow on Wednesday evening.
Guardiola’s side are in brilliant form at the moment and are scoring goals for fun. It will be hard for Celtic to keep out the likes of Sergio Aguero and Raheem Sterling.
An early goal for City could make it a long night for Brendan Rodgers’s side.
