Former Celtic star and now football pundit, Chris Sutton, has severely criticised Rangers following their humiliating 5-1 defeat to their Glasgow rivals, Celtic, in the Old Firm derby on Saturday.
The Bhoys were dominant right from the first whistle and scored goals through Scott Sinclair, Leigh Griffiths, Callum McGregor, Dedryck Boyata and Mikael Lustig. Kenny Miller pulled one back for the home side, but it was too late to spark a revival.

Sutton, while analysing the match for BT Sport, has criticised Rangers heavily for their poor performance. He has criticised Rangers’ former manager and the board for poor recruitment policy.
He says that The Gers are in utter shambles and Scottish football needs a strong Rangers side to challenge Celtic.
“It is utterly embarrassing,” said Sutton to BT Sport (Check the full video below).

At half time, Sutton asked the question how many Rangers players would get into Celtic’s first XI. At the final whistle, he felt not many Rangers players are good enough to get into Aberdeen’s first eleven either.
Celtic enjoyed a lion share of possession with 53%, took 18 shots in the game and earned five corners, according to BBC Sport.
The Hoops have already won the Scottish Premiership title and are chasing treble this season. Following this victory they have extended their domestic unbeaten run to 42 games.
