Vakoun Issouf Bayo joined Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic in the January transfer window.

Celtic made four new signings for the first team in the January transfer window – winger Oliver Burke on loan from West Bromwich Albion, forward Timothy Weah on loan from Paris Saint-Germain, forward Bayo from Dunajska Streda and defender Jeremy Toljan on loan from Borussia Dortmund.
The Hoops can add only three new players to his Europa League squad, meaning that one of Burke, Weah, Bayo and Toljan will miss out.
Former Celtic striker Sutton believes that it should be 22-year-old Ivory Coast international Bayo who misses out.

The Scottish Sun quotes Sutton as saying: “They’re not going to leave the right-back [Toljan] out – it looks like he’ll be first choice right-back.
“Oliver Burke has come and made a bit of an impact, I still think the jury is out on him and Weah, so it looks like Bayo.”
Missing out
Bayo is 22 years of age and is not very experienced, and it will make sense for Celtic manager Rodgers to leave him out.
The Ivory Coast international forward could be used in domestic league and cup games, and he could learn and progress working with Rodgers and prepare for next season’s European adventure.
