Tottenham Hotspur have some of the most talented young players in the Premier League amongst their squad.

BBC pundit Chris Sutton offered high praise for Spurs star Dele Alli, labelling him a ‘clever player’, and suggested that he is nailed on to win the Young Player of the Year award, when speaking to BBC Sport.
The 20-year-old has been in sensational form for Tottenham this season, scoring 17 goals and chipping in with four assists in 40 appearances in all competitions, and has fully established himself as one of the most important players for both his club and country – something quite remarkable for someone still so young.
And Sutton raved about the former MK Dons man, when speaking to BBC Sport, suggesting that he should be in line for more than just one award this term:
“I think Dele Alli will walk away with the young player award, but he deserves to be on this list too (Player of the Year). He is such a clever player and seems to be getting better and better.”

The Spurs man’s rise within the game has been astronomical, having gone from playing League One football just two years ago to his current status as talisman for the Lilywhites and the Three Lions.
With Mauricio Pochettino’s men now just seven points behind league leaders Chelsea, the challenge for Alli will be to maintain his performance levels for the final quarter of the season.
And if he manages to do that, Tottenham have every chance of overhauling the Blues, and winning their first league title since 1961.
