Charlie Mulgrew left Celtic in 2016 and is now at Blackburn Rovers.

Chris Sutton seems to have suggested on social networking site Twitter that Celtic should not have let go of Charlie Mulgrew.
Mulgrew, who is a versatile footballer and can operate as a centre-back, left-back or central midfielder, was on the books of Celtic from 2010 until 2016.
During his second spell at Celtic Park, the 31-year-old was hugely successful, as he won the league title as many as five times, the Scottish Cup twice and the Scottish League Cup once.

The Scotland international did have injury concerns at Celtic, but he is now fully fit and is playing well for Blackburn Rovers in League One in England, having joined the former Premier League champions in the summer of 2016.
Mulgrew scored twice for Blackburn in their 3-1 victory over Shrewsbury Town at Ewood Park in League on Saturday afternoon.
The result means that Rovers are now just two points behind second-placed Shrewsbury and can still finish in the top two of the league table.

Former Celtic and Rovers striker Sutton was impressed with the performance of Mulgrew, and has suggested on Twitter that Celtic’s loss was Blackburn’s gain.
