Chris Sutton has shared who he thinks will be relegated from the Premier League out of Everton, Leeds and Leicester.

Two of England’s biggest football clubs will be joining Southampton in the Championship next season as we approach what is set to be a dramatic Premier League finale on Sunday.

Ahead of Sunday’s round of fixtures, let’s take a look at who Chris Sutton is tipping for relegation…

What’s the story?

Well, the 50-year-old believes Everton will stay up ahead of Leicester and Leeds.

In response to a question from the BBC asking who will survive, Sutton wrote: On the balance of probability… Everton I’d say.”

The BBC share data from Opta which reveals that Everton have a 19% chance of relegation this Sunday, whereas Leicester and Leeds have 84% and 97% respectively.

Sean Dyche just needs to beat Bournemouth at Goodison Park for the Toffees to survive, as they are currently two points above the Whites and the Foxes in 17th place on 33 points.

Leeds have a much harder game than Everton as they face Tottenham at Elland Road.

Leicester also have a tricky encounter against West Ham – interestingly, all three sides have home advantage on Sunday as they battle for survival.

Everton cannot get complacent as Leeds and Leicester lurk

There is a danger that Everton could go into Sunday’s game against Bournemouth feeling like the job is already done, after seeing how poorly Leeds and Leicester have performed in recent weeks.

If there is even one player feeling that way, Dyche needs to get them focused.

Tottenham already look like they’re on the beach, as seen in their lackadaisical 3-1 defeat to Brentford on Saturday.

In regards to Leicester’s clash against West Ham, the east Londoners have nothing to play for in the Premier League, and will have one eye on their UEFA Europa Conference League final against Fiorentina.

In that respect, David Moyes could even rest players against Leicester, which Everton fans would not be pleased about.

Whatever lineup West Ham go with, this Sunday’s round of fixtures is sure to be full of drama.
