Former Celtic striker Chris Sutton says he expects Moussa Dembele to be plying his trade in England again soon.

Dembele scored two goals in Celtic’s 3-3 draw with Manchester City last night, continuing his outstanding start to the season.

The striker signed from Fulham in the summer, and has already established himself as first choice, ahead of Leigh Griffiths who netted 40 goals last season.

Sutton, speaking to BT Sport before last night’s match kicked off, said that he predicts Dembele will be moving on before long.

He said: “I believe we will see him in the English Premier League not too soon. He’s unbelievable. In time we’ll see him turn into a top, top striker, he’s not too bad now.

Commenting on BT Sport after the game, Sutton added: “The problem Brendan Rodgers has, is how on earth is he going to keep him here.

“He’s got a lot of development to make, but he’s not unlike Didier Drogba, hes an all rounder.”

Dembele has scored 12 goals already since arriving at Celtic, and his second goal last night was an impressive acrobatic overhead kick.

He was Brendan Rodgers’ first signing and signed a four-year contract with the club in the summer.
