Timothy Weah has left Celtic.

Chris Sutton has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Timothy Weah’s early departure from Celtic.
Weah has revealed on Instagram that he is leaving Celtic before his loan spell from Paris Saint-Germain was due to end.
The 19-year-old striker joined the Hoops on loan from French giants PSG in the January transfer window until the end of the season.
The USA international is leaving the Hoops early to join up with his international teammates for the Under-20 World Cup in Poland in the summer.
This means that Weah will not be part of Celtic’s upcoming Old Firm derby against Rangers, and the striker will also miss the Scottish Cup final.
According to WhoScored, the teenager made four starts and nine substitute appearances in the Scottish Premiership for Celtic during his loan spell, scoring three goals in the process.

Former Celtic striker Sutton has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Weah’s early departure from the Hoops.
Meanwhile, The Daily Record has claimed that Celtic manager Neil Lennon decided to tell Weah to leave after the striker said that he did not want to come back for the Scottish Cup final.
It has been reported that Lennon arranged with USA Under-20 manager Tab Ramos for Weah to link up with the national team and then be back for the Scottish Cup final, before returning again.
