Chris Sutton has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the defeat for Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers in the Old Firm derby on Sunday afternoon.

Rangers have lost 2-1 to bitter Old Firm rivals Celtic away from home at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership this afternoon.

Odsonne Edouard scored for the Hoops in the 27th minute, and Ryan Kent – on loan from Liverpool – restored parity for Rangers on 63 minutes.

Neil Lennon’s side, though, picked up all three points from the encounter, with James Forrest finding the net for the home team on 86 minutes.

Rangers also played most of the Old Firm derby with 10 players due to the dismissal of star striker Alfredo Morelos on 31 minutes.

Former Celtic striker Sutton was following the match, and he has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the final result.

Sutton has praised Liverpool-owned winger Kent for his performance against Celtic, and he has also strongly criticised Rangers striker Morelos for getting sent off.
