As announced on Celtic’s official website, Congerton is leaving his role as the club’s Head of Recruitment.
It has been stated that Congerton is resigning from his role at the Hoops to take up new opportunities.

Back in action
Celtic will return to action on Sunday afternoon when they take on Rangers away from home at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership.
The Hoops have already won the Scottish Premiership title this season – their eighth in a row.
Rangers have secured the second spot in the league table this season, and the Gers are playing well at the moment and are winning matches.
Steven Gerrard’s side will be determined to put on a good show against Celtic, and a win in the Old Firm derby will certainly enhance their confidence heading into next season.
