Glasgow Rangers let Barrie McKay leave Ibrox to join Nottingham Forest.
Nottingham Forest completed the signing of Rangers winger Barrie McKay yesterday, with the youngster not wanted by new Gers boss Pedro Caixinha.
Former Rangers manager Mark Warburton did not think twice about snapping him up, and paid a bargain fee of £500,000 to bring him to Nottingham Forest, BBC Sport reported.

Ex-Celtic striker Chris Sutton gave his thoughts on Rangers’ latest piece of transfer business, as he often does, commenting via Twitter.
He expressed his opinion that he feels McKay is a good player who he is shocked to see leave Ibrox.
Rangers’ hand was forced a little by McKay’s expiring contract, which runs out in 12 months time.
Even so they could have done with him last night against Progres Niederkorn, when they were dumped out of the Europa League in humiliating fashion.
Pedro Caixinha’s new wingers Dalcio and Daniel Candeias were particularly disappointing, and on this occasion there are a number of Rangers fans who actually agree with Sutton’s sentiments- that the club may have made a big error letting him leave, especially so cheaply.
