Rangers are yet to replace Pedro Caixinha at Ibrox’s managerial helm.

Pulis, 59, was sacked by the Baggies on Monday morning after his Midlands outfit suffered a fourth consecutive defeat against Chelsea, with Antonio Conte’s side winning 4-0 at the Hawthorns. West Brom are now without a win in 10 outings.

West Brom confirmed on their official website that they had sacked the former Stoke City and Crystal Palace manager with immediate effect, with assistant manager Gary Megson taking over in the meantime.
Celtic icon and one-time England international Sutton responded instantaneously on Twitter, stating Pulis would be a better alternative than most to fill the void left by Caixinha last month.
Caixinha was axed last month after a disappointing 1-1 draw against Kilmarnock, with interim manager Graeme Murty remaining in charge for the last three games against Hearts, Partick Thistle and Hamilton.
Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes is still considered a front runner for the job, as is Murty, while a whole host of other names have been linked with the job but the Gers board are yet to appoint anybody to the vacant role.
Rangers will be looking to forget their 2-0 defeat to Hamilton when they travel to Dundee on Friday night.
