Chris Sutton told BT Sport’s post game coverage of Celtic v Alloa that he felt Ryan Christie had a positive effect on the game.
Celtic won the game 2-0 through two late goals from James Forrest and Moussa Dembele, with two superbly taken goals.
Forrest’s opener came after an excellent run after dribbling from out wide, across the edge of the penalty box and firing into the bottom corner.

Dembele’s was arguably even better, with a superb turn leaving an Alloa defender in his dust, before a feint gave him space to rocket the ball into the top corner of the net.
Former Celtic striker Sutton praised how well both goals were taken, but also praised substitute Ryan Christie for the effect he had on the game.
He said: “I thought Ryan Christie had a real impact when he came on. Forrest’s goal was a tremendous finish with his weaker foot.
“Fitness was an issue [for Alloa], over the last 20 minutes Celtic really came on strong. Dembele’s goal was a tremendous finish.”

Christie, just 21, came on for the last 19 minutes of the game and made the pass to James Forrest which put him in a position to take on the defence and score.
It was his third appearance of the season, featuring once in the league off the bench, scoring in the 4-2 win over St Johnstone last month.
His only start came in the disappointing 1-0 defeat to Lincoln Red Imps back in August in a Champions League qualifier.
