Chris Sutton has named four Rangers players and two Celtic stars in his Scottish Premiership Team of the Week, after excellent wins for both sides over Hearts and St. Johnstone on Sunday.
Rangers earned a comfortable win over leaders Hearts at Ibrox thanks to goals from Ryan Kent, Alfredo Morelos and Scott Arfield, pushing them into sixth place and only five points behind Craig Levein’s side.
Meanwhile, Celtic smashed St. Johnstone for six, thanks to four goals from James Forrest as well as goals from Odsonne Edouard and Callum McGregor which now sees Brendan Rodgers’ side sit in third place.
Sutton chose four Rangers stars in Morelos, Kent, James Tavernier and Allan McGregor while Celtic duo Forrest and Tom Rogic were also included in a side glittered with the league’s best performers over the weekend.
Hibernian trio Efe Ambrose, Scott Mallan and Martin Boyle were also included after Neil Lennon’s side beat Hamilton 6-0 at Easter Road, while Aberdeen duo Max Lowe and Sam Cosgrove were named following a 4-1 win over St. Mirren.
