Chris Sutton has included as many as three Celtic players in his Scottish Premiership Team of the Week, as posted on social networking site Twitter.

Craig Gordon, Jonny Hayes and Tom Rogic seem to have impressed the former Celtic striker with their performances against Ross County at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday afternoon.

Brendan Rodgers’s side got the better of County 4-0 to maintain their unbeaten start to the 2017-18 league season.

Former Celtic striker Sutton has not included a single Rangers player in his Scottish Premiership Team of the Week.

The Englishman, though, has included a player heavily linked with the Gers – Heart of Midlothian winger Jamie Walker.

According to The Scottish Sun, Rangers wanted to sign Walker from Hearts on transfer deadline day.

However, that move failed to materialise, as reported by The Scottish Sun, which also claims that the 24-year-old winger is now set to sign a pre-contract with Pedro Caixinha’s side.

The Daily Record has reported that Rangers’ offer of £500,000 for the former Scotland Under-21 international was turned down by Hearts.
