John was impressive for Rangers in their Scottish Premiership game against Hamilton Academical away from home at the SuperSeal Stadium last Friday evening.
The 22-year-old Wales international left-back scored twice to help Pedro Caixinha’s side win 4-1 against Hamilton.
The youngster joined Rangers on a season-long loan deal from Cardiff City in the Championship in England in the summer transfer window.

Sutton has included two Celtic players in his Scottish Premiership Team of the Week.
Celtic goalkeeper Craig Gordon and central midfielder Callum McGregor performed well in the Hoops’ 2-2 draw with Hibernian at Celtic Park in the league on Saturday afternoon.

Celtic are at the top of the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 20 points from eight matches, level on points with second-placed Aberdeen.
Rangers are currently third in the standings with 14 points from eight games.
