Chris Sutton has taken to Twitter to aim a dig at Jeremie Frimpong, as his move from Celtic to Bayer Leverkusen draws closer.
As reported by the Daily Record, the 20-year-old is close to joining the Bundesliga side in a deal worth £11.5 million.
After hearing the news, Sutton took to Twitter to hit out at the defender for his performances this season.
You can see what the ex-Chelsea striker tweeted below.
Frimpong made it clear to Neil Lennon that he wanted to leave Celtic Park, despite the ex-Bolton boss insisting that no first-team stars would leave this month.

While it will be a shame to see the right-back depart Glasgow, the Hoops are set to receive a tidy profit for the man who cost them just £350,000.
However, Manchester City are due to receive 30% of the fee, as per the sell-on clause they negotiated when selling Frimpong to Celtic.
The Daily Record quote Lennon as saying that he didn’t feel Frimpong was unhappy, but instead ambitious after requesting to leave Celtic.

He said: “I wouldn’t say he was unhappy, just ambitious, maybe, or he wanted to try something else and progress his career at another club.”
The Netherlands Under-20 international has made 51 appearances for the Bhoys, scoring three goals while registering eight assists.
Frimpong helped Celtic win the treble in his first season at the club, and it will be sad to see such a promising prospect depart.
