Chris Sutton gave little credence to Rangers supporters criticising Celtic.

Celtic were hammered 7-1 by Paris Saint-Germain last night as they were outmatched and outgunned by Europe’s most lethal attack.
PSG spent more money than any other club in Europe in the summer and it showed on the pitch against a Celtic defence assembled on a relative pittance.
Pundit Chris Sutton pointed out the financial gulf, and was hit with a message from a Rangers fan suggesting Celtic have a financial advantage on the rest of Scotland which they themselves enjoy each week.
Sutton turned this on it’s head, asking what the financial gap is between Rangers and Hamilton – a lower ranked side who managed to beat Graeme Murty’s men at the weekend.
The scale of Celtic’s defeat was a little embarrassing, but they have bounced back once already under Brendan Rodgers from a similar hammering, when they lost 7-0 at Barcelona.
Celtic can bounce straight back this weekend when they face Motherwell in the Scottish League Cup Final – the side who knocked Rangers out last month.
