Rangers have suffered a blow in their quest to win the Scottish Premiership title ahead of Celtic this season.
Steven Gerrard’s side have played out a 1-1 draw with Hibernian away from home at Easter Road in the Scottish Premiership.
Daniel Candeias put Rangers in the lead in the 43rd minute, and Florian Kamberi restored parity for Hibernian on 76 minutes.
Hibs ended the game with 10 men due to the sending-off of Darren McGregor in the second minute of injury time.
The result means that the Ibrox club are now seven points behind leaders and bitter Old Firm rivals Celtic, who have a game in hand.
Former Celtic striker Chris Sutton was following the match, and he has asked on Twitter if Rangers’ title challenge is over.
Meanwhile, former Celtic striker John Hartson has stated on Twitter that the Hoops will win the league title this season if they pick up six more wins.

Celtic will take on Aberdeen at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday afternoon.
If the Hoops win, then they will go 10 points clear of Rangers, and it is hard to see the Gers close the gap if that happens.
