Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers picked up a 2-0 victory over Hibs last night.

Carlos Cuellar has expressed his delight at Glasgow Rangers’ victory over Hibernian last night.

Rangers managed to come from behind to claim a 2-1 win over Hibs, as Graeme Murty’s side’s winning streak continued.

And Cuellar, who used to play at Ibrox in his younger years, was delighted to see the Light Blues pick up the three points.

Chris Sutton also responded on Twitter to Rangers’ win but his reaction was, rather predictably, different to Cuellar’s.

Sutton praised Rangers’ ability to dig in, but also pointed out how they had got slightly fortunate.

Hibs manager Neil Lennon echoed Sutton’s thoughts, after the game, by suggesting he had never before seen one of his sides be so dominate against Rangers, but lose.

Rangers’ victory last night was achieved through goals from Josh Windass and Alfredo Morelos.

Rangers have now strengthened their grip on second spot, with Murty’s side picking up some strong momentum.
