Chelsea left-back Ben Chilwell has sent a message to Jack Grealish on Instagram following his move to Manchester City from Aston Villa.
City have signed Grealish from Premier League rivals Villa in the summer transfer window.
The Premier League champions have reportedly paid £100 million to the Villans for the attacking midfielder.
Chilwell plays with Grealish for the England national football team, and both players were part of the Three Lions’ squad that reached the Euro 2020 final this summer.
The Chelsea left-back has responded to Grealish on Instagram, and so has John Terry.
Interestingly, Chelsea and City are Premier League title rivals and also met in the Champions League final last season, which the Blues won.
Grealish is one of the better attacking players in the Premier League who seems to be very popular in the footballing community.
If you check the Englishman’s Instagram posts following his move to City, you will see that a lot of players and footballing figures have wished him well.
It must be disappointing for Villa to lose a player like Grealish, especially as he is a fan of the club.
However, they will understand that to further his career and to win medals and major trophies, Grealish simply had to join City.
