Bournemouth travel to the Riverside to face relegation-threatened Middlesbrough this weekend.

Middlesbrough host AFC Bournemouth this weekend on the back of an encouraging display at both ends of the field against Arsenal.

The visitors, meanwhile, put in a confident display of their own against Arsenal’s north London rivals Tottenham Hotspur. Here’s a look at how the sides might line up at the Riverside.

Middlesbrough

Victor Valdes will continue in goal after a stellar performance at the Emirates, while Calum Chambers will come back in for Daniel Ayala at centre-half. Antonio Barragan and George Friend will once again play in the full-back positions.

Marten de Roon and Adam Clayton will form the midfield pivot, while Adama Traore’s energetic display ensures he’ll be on the right wing.

Despite missing a hatful of chances last week, Gaston Ramirez will play in behind Alvaro Negredo.

AFC Bournemouth

It is highly likely that Bournemouth will once more be unchanged in the Premier League – Artur Boruc starts in goal and the usual back four of Adam Smith, Simon Francis, Steve Cook and Charlie Daniels will be there once again.

Star midfielder Harry Arter will be joined by Jack Wilshere and Andrew Surman in the middle of the park, while lone striker Callum Wilson will be flanked by Junior Stanislas and Jordon Ibe once again.
