The Chelsea striker would be a superb addition to the Swansea City squad.
Swansea City manager Paul Clement
Paul Clement has his work cut-out at the Liberty Stadium this summer, if he is to guide this side to a successful Premier League campaign next term, in arguably what will be the most competitive season since its’ inception in 1992.
One particular area of concern for the Swans will be their lack of options in forward areas, especially with the future of Fernando Llorente far from certain.
With this in mind, the addition of a proven striker will surely feature highly on Clement’s agenda this summer, and they should explore the possibility of bringing Chelsea hitman Michy Batshuayi to the club on a temporary basis.
The Belgian barely featured for Antonio Conte’s side last term, making just one Premier League start after making his £33.2 million switch from Marseille last summer.
The 23-year-old still has a lot to offer, however, and the opportunity to showcase his real talent on a regular basis at the Liberty Stadium could be the ideal scenario for all parties concerned.
Batshuayi’s power and pace would surely prove to be an incredible asset to Paul Clement’s side, and provide the Swans boss with the opportunity to play two up front, should Llorente remain in Wales.

The pair could strike up a formidable partnership, with both their qualities complimenting each other’s skills perfectly.
On the other hand, if the Spaniard ends up leaving the club, the Blues hitman is more than capable of leading the line on his own, should the Welsh outfit persist with a 4-2-3-1 formation.
Whilst it will be a challenge to convince the Belgium international to make the switch to Swansea, it could be a move that is encouraged by Chelsea, what with Paul Clement’s reputation of improving the players he works with, and the attractive brand of football that he has become renowned for instilling onto his sides.
And if the Welsh outfit manage to secure a loan deal for Batshuayi, it could turn out to be a real coup.
