Newcastle United should consider making a loan move for the Chelsea hitman this summer.

Newcastle boss Rafa Benitez will be desperate to bolster his attacking options at St James’ Park this summer, but with limited funds available to him, he will have to be extremely thrifty in his player recruitment.
With this in mind, the Magpies should consider a loan move for Chelsea’s Michy Batshuayi, with the Belgian’s future at Stamford Bridge uncertain to say the very least.

The 24-year-old joined the Blues from Marseille in the summer of 2016, but has desperately failed to establish himself in west London, although it could be argued that he hasn’t been given a fair chance to showcase his talents, with just four Premier League starts to his name.
Every Love Island contestant if they were an England player – World Cup!
He did enjoy a brief renaissance whilst on loan with Borussia Dortmund during the second half of last season, however, scoring nine goals in 14 appearances for the German side.
In fact, Batshuayi actually scored 21 goals in 40 appearances in all competitions for both Dortmund and Chelsea last season – a decent return for someone who supposedly ‘struggled’ for form.

The Belgium international has looked very sharp for his country during the World Cup in Russia this summer, and he has proven that he still possesses enough quality to cut it at the very highest level.
Batshuayi has pace in abundance, and his direct style of play would undoubtedly offer Rafa something totally different in the final third to what he currently has at his disposal.
The 24-year-old seems to be on the verge of having a breakout season, and if Newcastle manage to bring him to St James’ Park on loan this summer, it could turn out to be a signing of real significance for the Toon.
