Begovic has grown frustrated with his inability to break into the team at Stamford Bridge and now is looking for a way out.
Bournemouth are reportedly chasing Begovic, but Everton would be foolish not to submit an offer too.
Everton are in need of a goalkeeper, and although Ronald Koeman appears to be relatively content to stick with his current options until the end of the season, they should change their plans now.
Begovic is a high quality stopper at Premier League level, as proven by his time with Stoke City.
Although he has not played much at Chelsea, when he has been called upon he has still impressed.
There is no doubting he is an upgrade on either Joel Robles or Maarten Stekelenburg, and he is available for just over £10 million.
Begovic could be Everton’s stopper for the foreseeable future, making the deal look like a bargain, in a window where prices are typically inflated.
