West Ham United have reopened talks with Chelsea over signing Kurt Zouma, according to The London Evening Standard.
It is being reported today that ‘tentative negotiations’ have been reopened between West Ham and Chelsea over the transfer of the defender.
A potential deal for the France international central defender collapsed earlier in the window, but a transfer could still happen.
The report has added that West Ham are also in talks with Fiorentina over a £14 million move for defender Nikola Milenkovic and are hopeful of getting a deal done this week.
Exciting update
If West Ham get deals done for Zouma and Milenkovic, then it would be superb.

Both are very good defenders and are young(ish), which means that they would be signings not just for now, but for the long term as well.
Zouma is 26, while Milenkovic is only 23.
The Hammers will play in the Europa League this season and will also be aiming to challenge for the Premier League top four.
This means that West Ham manager David Moyes needs a big squad.
The Hammers did extremely well last season, and now is the time for the London club to kick on.
