Here is the latest Chelsea transfer news over the past 24 hours with the West London club hoping to build again under yet another manager.
Included in this is an update on Victor Osimhen, a potential new goalkeeper and another line about the future of Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher.

Victor Osimhen
A summer move for Napoli forward Osimhen is looking unlikely this summer and that’s according to super-agent Paul Barnett.
For what has felt like the 10th Summer transfer window in a row, the West London club head into the off-season looking for a new centre-forward.
RB Leipzig forward Benjamin Sesko was linked with a move to West London earlier this week but it appears Osimhen is a no go. The Evening Standard claims that Napoli will demand £113 million for the Nigerian forward.
When asked about the potential of a swap involving Osimhen and Romelu Lukaku, who has been linked with a move to Naples, Barnett said it wasn’t feasible.
“Chelsea want to sell Lukaku, it will be a battle between Conte and Napoli and Mourinho with Fenerbahce,” he said, as per CalcioNapoli24.
Filip Jorgensen
Next on the list of potential incomings for Chelsea is a new back-up goalkeeper and Villarreal’s stopper Filip Jorgensen.
Burnley goalkeeper James Trafford has also been linked with a move to West London by The Athletic, but Jorgensen is the latest name on the list.
The 22-year-old has opened up about the possibility of moving to the Premier League club and didn’t seem to be too unhappy about links to the London club.
“It’s fun. It shows that I have done something good and done it well, Jorgensen told Tipsbladet.
“It’s hard to say. I just want to get better every day and do the best I can.”
When quizzed further about his future and if there are any plans to leave the Spanish side, he said: “No, there is no definite plan. If something good comes along, we can talk about it and look at what’s best for me, for Villarreal and everyone involved.”
Conor Gallagher
HITC reported that Aston Villa were stepping up their interest in the English midfielder but it now appears that Tottenham are also pushing.
A report from the Daily Mail has claimed that the Lilywhites have indeed joined the race to sign the 24-year-old midfielder from one of their big rivals.
Spurs reportedly have a strong interest in the England international and preparing to make an offer for the Blues star, who is also a target Atletico Madrid.
With the injury problems that Spurs had to deal with during the previous campaign, a combative and fit midfielder like Gallagher could be exactly what the North London club need but it is unclear if Chelsea would sell the Englishman to Ange Postecoglou’s side.
Julian Alvarez
Manchester City striker Julian Alvarez has emerged as a possible option for Chelsea, with his future a the league champions now in doubt.
The World Cup winner is second fiddle to Erling Haaland at The Etihad, and Argentine reporter Veronica Brunati writes Chelsea are one of the teams interested in signing him, where he could reunite with Enzo Fernandez.
There is rival interest from Paris Saint-Germain, and if they have to sell, City may prefer to do so outside the Premier League.
Mads Hermansen
Next on the list of potential incomings is another goalkeeper, this time Leicester City stopper Mads Hermansen, who Enzo Maresca is reportedly a big fan of.
According to a report from The Athletic, Hermansen is another candidate for the goalkeeper role, it is unclear if the Danish stopper would come in as a backup or competition to be number one.
Maresca, when speaking to Leicestershire Live, was full of praise for Hermansen back in April when the Dane continued to play short: “For me Mads was fantastic in the second half.
“He was not nervous but the people in the stadium were more nervous than him, for sure. But what I said to him: ‘Second half, when we play with you, if you play long, you go out. Continue in the same way.’ He showed personality. He continued to play short.”
