Chelsea are considering a move for Dinamo Zagreb goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic amid links with a move to Tottenham Hotspur.

That’s according to the Daily Mail, who claim that Chelsea have discussed making a move to sign Livakovic in January.

It’s understood that Graham Potter wants another goalkeeper with Edouard Mendy and Kepa Arrizabalaga yet to prove that they can be his long-term first choice.

Having already considered a move for Celtic ace Josip Juranovic, they now want his fellow Croatian World Cup star Livakovic.

Dinamo were always likely to face interest in Livakovic after his superb World Cup and Chelsea could now make a move.

Tottenham also keen on Livakovic

CBS Sports reporter Ben Jacobs told Chris Cowling’s Tottenham YouTube channel earlier this mont that Tottenham are keen on Livakovic.

Hugo Lloris turned 36 earlier this week and Tottenham need to think about a successor.

Fraser Forster is unlikely to be that player so Fabio Paratici may need to head into the transfer market for a new signing.

Livakovic has popped onto the Tottenham radar but Spurs now face a battle with rivals Chelsea for his signature.
