Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea will make a second bid for Arsenal target and Inter Milan midfielder Cesare Casadei in the summer transfer window, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Chelsea to make new bid for Arsenal target Cesare Casadei
La Gazzetta dello Sport have reported that Chelsea have had an initial bid of €8 million (£6.76 million) for Casadei turned down last week.
The former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners now plan to make a second and improved offer of €10 million (£8.45 million).
However, according to the report, former Serie A winners Inter want at least €15 million (£12.68 million) for the 19-year-old.
Casadei has also been linked with Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal.
La Repubblica reported on July 30 that Arsenal have had an offer for Casadei turned down.

Could a transfer happen?
In our view, Chelsea could be able to sign Cesare Casadei from Inter Milan in the summer transfer window, especially if Arsenal do not come back with a new offer.
What Inter are asking for the 19-year-old midfielder is not really much, and if Chelsea decide to eventually pay it, then they would be able to bring the Italy Under-19 international to Stamford Bridge.
If Arsenal are genuinely keen on Casadei, then, in our opinion, the Gunners should make a bid for him again soon.
