Graham Potter’s Chelsea are competing with Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, according to 90min.

90min have reported this morning that Chelsea are looking for ‘a pure striker’ and have watched Napoli star Osimhen in recent weeks.
Chelsea’s Premier League rivals Liverpool and Manchester United have also been linked with the 23-year-old Nigeria international striker.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport last week, Liverpool and United are keen on Osimhen – who is “phenomenal because he runs alone at five players and gets through”, according to former Napoli and Cagliari head coach Walter Mazzarri in Goal in September 2021.
Impressive striker
In our view, Victor Osimhen is one of the best young strikers around, and we are not surprised that Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United all are interested in signing the Napoli star.
The Nigerian star has scored nine goals and given two assists in 10 Serie A starts and has scored one goal in two UEFA Champions League starts for Napoli so far this season.
Last season, Osimhen scored 14 goals and gave two assists in 23 league starts and scored four goals in three UEFA Europa League starts.
