Chelsea are reportedly planning a move for Udinese youngster Alex Meret.

Premier League giants Chelsea are plotting a move to sign teenage goalkeeper Alex Meret, according to reports from Tutto Mercato.
Following Italy’s elimination from the 2016 European Championship, Antonio Conte will now be taking over the reins at Premier League side Chelsea and one can be sure that the 46-year-old will be looking to stamp his mark in the transfer market as the Blues aim to improve on their terrible campaign last time out.
Even before Conte has officially taken over at Chelsea, a number of players have already been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge and Michy Batshuayi recently agreed a deal with the club.

Now, in fresh rumors, Italian publication Tutto Mercato have claimed that Conte is planning to strengthen his defence with the signing of Alex Meret.
Meret is a promising young goalkeeper who is currently plying his trade with Italian side Udinese and the teenager has managed to impress many with his performances for the Serie A club at youth level.
Conte is believed to be an admirer of Meret and claims have been made that the former Juventus boss could well make a move for the 19-year-old this summer.
Current Chelsea number one Thibaut Courtois has repeatedly hinted (Sporza) that he could be set for an exit from Stamford Bridge and Meret could prove to be a potential replacement for the Belgian star in the not too distant future.
